Find out how many ohms you should have at the fan to see if you have a continuity problem and if not, then your fan is bad. You will need an ohm meter to do so. If you are dead set on checking fuses, they may be under your hood or under your dash or by the passenger side kick panel. Under the hood you will have fan relays if I remember right, this could be the problem too and they are inexpensive to replace. Especially if you go to a junk yard and get one. Hope this helps.
