AS SOON AS THE ENGINE IS WARM, IT WILL SKIP, AND RUN ROUGH. CAR START FINE, BUT AS SOON AS TEMP SETS AFTER RUNNING, ENGINE WILL START TO BACK FIRE, AND LOSS OF TOP END. UPGRADED FUEL SEVERAL TANKS, AND STILL HAVE ISSUE. IT RUNS FINE UNTIL IT WARMS UP.

This may be a faulty coil breaking down, have you done a general tune up yet? Have you done a scan as yet, as not all fault codes will set a check light, do these and report your findings.
