1999 Jeep Laredo electric fan

The electric fan doesn't come on. I understand I can jumper the connectors and test the motor and by default the relay. Where is the relay located? Which contacts do I jumper to get the fan to come on?

The fan should come on when ac is turned on. You can take wiring connector loose from fan, use jumper wires from battery for voltage and ground to connector, USE INLINE FUSE, see if fan will run? Dark green wire to fan is voltage, black is ground.
