1995 Jeep Laredo iit will not go into the passing gear.

went out of town the truck ran good. We made stops and it was fine. Retruned home, then went back out then it happen. No sec gear.

William I had the same problem a year ago at about 140,000 miles with my 95 laredo I took it in to a shop and they told me the transmition needed a rebuild so I took it to a transmition shop and they rebuilt it and it didnt fix the problem, because the problem was the computer and not the tranny itself, but sounds like your having the same problem make sure the computer is checked out reguardless of what they tell you could save you a few hundred.
