What is the pressure for the gas pump on a 1994 Jeep Laredo? My car has difficulty starting in cold and wet weather and mornings. Once the vehicle is warmed no problem.

Your fuel pressure should read 39psi give or take one psi. This is testing at the fuel relief valve located on your fuel rail. It has a blcak cap similar to a bicycle's air stem. If taking a vacuum line off, the reading should go up 8-10 psi. If the pressure does not go up after removing a vacuum line, check the pressure regulator vacuum line or the pressure regulator for faults. Your pressure regulator is on the forward side of your fuel rail on the end with a vacuum line hooked to it.
