Check engine codes 12, 41, then codes disappeared when altenator gauge went to 0 for a while, then back up to 12 volts working again. "Ran great when altenator was not working" need to know what the heck is going on?

12= battery disconnected in last 50 starts. Or module power lost check the condition of the BOTH battery cables at both ends. And any other connections to include grounds as you can locate.
