I am trying to replace the turn signal flasher

I am trying to replace the turn signal flasher and I have read it's in a tight place behind the kneeboard. I have take 2 screws off the bottom and 1 from the left side of the kneeboard. The kneeboard is still snug and i'm not sure what is holding it in place. I don't know if it is clips holding it in place or if I need to take more of the dash apart? Thank you for any tips you can give.

This is in the junction block that is behind the steering column. I am attaching the process below on how to replace this.
