My Ac compressor is failing and I am getting a terrible bearing grinding sound when i drive, I do not use the AC anyhow and would like my belt to bypass the Ac pully itself. For my 95 Jeep Grand cherokee V8, what size belt would I need to accomodate bypassing the Ac Pully?

It appears that it can be done if the old compressor is removed but for some reason, no one is listing an application for the belt. Your just going to have to experiment a little.
The original belt is a 4070896. The 896 at the end means it's 89.6 inches long. I would try a 4070870 and see if you are too small or too long and go from there.
