2007 Jeep Commander Wind noise inside the Jeep

2007 jeep commander just bought used with 25,000 miles.

Dealer said it can be fixed becuase of a recall. Can you help.

I also have experienced a wind whistle on my 2007 Commander once I go over about 100klms/hr. I have yet to pin it down - inside or out - wet weather or dry - wipers - mirrors - etc. The only common denominator I have found so far is greater than 100 Klm/Hr. When I spoke with a Jeep service guy he let it slip that he had experienced the same on a recent joy ride with a dealer car but had no answer?
