2006 Jeep Commander Clogged AC Duct

The last few weeks we have had soem bad storm, and I have had a leak in my car. On the passenger side. The window and sunroof are showing no signs of leaks, I was told that my AC Duct maybe clogged, and that I would need to unclog it. I do not know what my ac looks like, or how to find the duct. Any thoughts

Did you ever get resolution on this?

I had the same problem, and the leak was actually overflow from the Air Conditioning drainage. Just had the dealer deny my claim, because they "couldn't reproduce the leak".
