Stutters at 2500 to 3000 RPM

1991, Jeep, Cherokee, 4X4, 4.0, fuel injected, auto, 300,000 plus miles
My jeep loses all power when I attempt to kick it into passing gear. Sometimes it stutters[ RPM bounce up and down] and once in a while in just drops the rpm to about 600. I have replaced the fuel pump/strainer assy, fuel filter, fuel injectors, air filter, spark plugs and wires, ing. Roter and cap.
I am completely out of ideas as to what else I can do to eliminate this problem.

Lets say for the sake of arguement, the engine is OK. Are any codes present? Has the fuel system been pressure checked, engine been compression tested? Usually if its tranny related it will throw a code!
