Bad shack

I have a 1993 cherokee that has 162000 miles with a 4.0L. At around 55 mph I get a very bad shack in the frount end. I have moved tires from frount to back an still have same shack but not as bad and I have checked my tierod ends. I have had some people tell me it could be a worpedroter but I have no pulsiting in my brake pebel.

Try to have the tires balanced
and checked.
Rotors will make truck shack only when apply brakes !
