About 2 weeks ago my jeep began to make a weird rumbling noise in the front end. Now when my vehicle gets to about 40mph it shakes violently and makes a really lound rumbling noise. When I go faster or slower than 40 it seems to not be as bad until I get up to 70. Acceleration or braking don't seem to affect it any. I know the cat converter is bad if that might be it. Other than that. Clueless.

Hey I had a tire break a steal belt inside where you couldnt see it and at caused that same problem and I couldnt figure it out until the tire finally blew. Than problem solved. Try taking it in for front tire ballancing.
