I have replaced the oil pressure transducer 4 times so far. Failure mode is as engine warms oil pressure gauge goes to zero at idle turning on CHECK GAUGES light. After a few days of this the gauge stays at zero all the time. When I change out the transducer everything works fine for a few weeks, then fails again. After the gauge indicated zero I substituted a mechanical pressure indicator for the transducer and it read 15-20 psi at idle which is normal. Voltage on the 3 leads are 5V, 5V, ground (plug disconnected, engine on). This is driving me nuts. What is going on? I'm about to install a 5th transducer.
