You shouldnt have much of a fluctuation on the guage its self when you switch from ac to heat, but there will be a slight raise in oil pressure when you turn on the ac. The vehicle increases idle slightly to be able to run the ac compressor without lowering idle rpms, therefore increasing engine oil pressure.
