My state inspection demands that I have the headlights adjusted. Is this a do it yourself task as it was in years gone by to at least get it close. If so, what are the basic steps or things to watch for that are particular to this vehicle. If I need to have it done professionally what ikind of cost am I looking at.

Pull up to a wall/garage door and mark the relative middle of the headlights with a cross of tape on the surface (not the light but the actual physical height of the mechanism).

Pull back at least 20 feet and adjust the screws till the lights are pointing to the lower inside quadrant of the crosses you put on the wall.

Make sure your jeep is on a level surface or this will not work
