First the engine runs fine. I noticed the smell of fuel last time I changed the oil. I also noticed a slight drop in gas mileage. I hooked a pressure gage to the fuel rail and noticed the pressure dropped after I turned the engine off from about 50PSI to 10PSI. I removed the fuel injectors still conneccted to the fuel rail and turned the truck on but not cranking to see if they are leaking and they are not. I also have a large EVAP leak code all lines and fittings look good haven't looked any deeper on the EVAP.

Think fuel inoil is from EVAP leak. You have a mechanical pressure regulator which is incorporated with fuel module. When power is cut it drops pressure but maintance residule pressure in line. The testing for EVAP requires a scanner and special pressure test equipment. You can check tank cap tight sealed also take a look at diagrams see if you can find leak.
