Heater problem

the heating and blowers have stoped working what could the problem be

Check the fuses if ok unplug the blower motor (blower motor is in engine comparment passanger side)now turn ignition on not starting engine turn fan switch to any position and the control switch to any position but off and with test light ground one side and put other to tab on plug if it lights then blower motor is bad if it doesn't then blower motor relay is bad to replace it it is connected to wiring harness conector that is attached to heater housing behind glove box remove relay and replace

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
