2000 Jeep Cherokee All Wheel Drive Automatic 100210 miles

my sunroof on my jeep use to work perfect till I got my system, then it wouldnt open at all, then a three days ago when I got my system put back in my sunroof is open and will not close I think the bass caused this, what do I need to do?

I have the same problem but after I put the stereo in it stoped working I just happend to open the sun roof and my stereo came back on wow if u get an answer please! Let me know thanks Diana
