Pretty much my electric locks don't work anymore. When I hit the switch to lock all the doors it won't do anything but when I unlock it. It works. The key attachment that locks and unlocks the doors went too when this happened, replaced the battery for it still dosen't work

You need to check the main switch on the driver's door. Check to see if it sends power out when it is actuated. Also, here is a how to for reprograming the fob. See if it helps.

Which would my jeep fall under GM receiver? Also at high speeds my car starts to vibrate from 50-60mph and then sometimes when I hit a bump at those speeds it will set off my front tires to where they go crazy like im running over a million speed bumps and my steering wheel goes crazy with it. It isn't until I slow down to about 30 that it stops and slowing down that much on an interstate is dangerous.

Chrysler

Have the pitman arm and all steering components checked for the vibration.
