MY TAIL LIGHTS QUIT WORKING AND I WAS CHECKING THE FUSES UNDER THE HOOD AND STERING COLLUM. AFTER CHECKING THE FUSES I UNHOOKED THE BATTERY CABEL AND THEN HOOKED IT BACK UP. AND EVER SINCE I DID THIS THE JEEP WILL NOT START. ALL THAT I GET IS JUST A CLICKING SOUND.

Clean the battery terminals with a wire brush make sure your cables are tight on your connectors and try connecting your cables again tightening them with a wrench if this doesn't work then try charging the battery. As goes the taillights have you checked a body ground to your taillights? Find the ground clean the metal where it is connected and see if that works.
