1998 Jeep Cherokee tach, speedometer

1998 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

my tach and speedometer go off line then the airbag light. It goes off for awhile then comes back on agian. Sometimes when I strart the jeep it comes on and the tech, and speedometer will not come on, but comes on if I turn the key off and back on.I had it smoged it passed but after the tec. Restarted it. The code p0122, p0700 came up, help please
