I noticed the other day when I turn the front drivers side tire area makes a terrible cccccrrrrrrreeeeeeeekk noise. It doesn't do it every time, but it does it often enough for me to be concerned. I can also "feel" the creak in my foot if it is resting on the floor board. Any suggestions?

You need to check you tie rod ends and sway bar bushings the ones at the frame and the end links at the front end. You should also check your control arm bushing upper and lowers too. Any one of these can be making noise.

Don't overlook the ball joints. Notorious for 'creeeeeeeking'.
