1998 Jeep Cherokee driveshaft

I recently removed my driveshaft for repairs, when I put it back on the whole jeep vibrates. Is there a certain way to reinstall it?

I've been told to mark yoke to yoke locations before disassembly. It really seems to make no difference on a CJ. See my profile.

ARE YOU 100% sure your caps seated (cleaned the receiving end, no sludge). FULLY and Centered in the receiving yokes?
