1996 Jeep Cherokee oil leaking from the rear

I need help! I bought a '96 cherokee for my son 3 months ago. It is leaking oil from the rear. Our driveway is on a hill. Is it leaking because of the hill? Where should I get the repairs done. Should I take it to a dealer or is a place like Firestone ok?

We need to know where is it leaking at and what color is it-Green/Red/Black?

I can't really tell the color, not oil though. Think it's differential fluid.
