Battery draw

My jeep (Grand cherokee ltd) is drawing about 300mA when the ignition is off and flattening the battery after a couple of days.
I removed fuse#7 in the fuse panel by the drivers feet (for the BCM amongst other things) and this stopped it.
Also the bonnet light would be on all the time if I hadn't taken the bulb out - could this be something to do with it?

I doubt the light had anyting to do with it. However, I would have the body control module tested. Have that done and let me know what you find. Chances are there is an internal short in the module.
