Welcome to the site, can you tell me what the fuse controls? I'm not sure which one your talking about? What is the litre size of engine?

I think its a 4.0 liter engine and I think the fuse is for the fuel pump it keeps blowing as soon as I turn the key on

There is a 20 amp fuse for both the asd and fuel pump relay? If it is the fuel pump fuse, unplug the relay see if the fuse still blows?
