1994 Jeep Cherokee Possible Carb Problems

My old six runs great still but now when the engin is cold it jerks when I let off the gas and the rpms don't come down as normal. After 20 minutes or so when the motor warms up the problem goes away and it runs fine.
Don't know if I have choke or vacuum leak issue or what. Suggestions please.
