1991 Jeep Cherokee anit theft system wont shut off

Hi, yesterday my jeep died ovenight when i went to jump it with jumper cables the engine would turn but the jeep won't start due to the anti theft system. The catch is the only key i have is the key to the ignition which is a replacement ignition, therefor the key won't deactivate the anti theft system. My question is how do i remove this anti theft system or is there another solution please help i work an hour away this is my only car, whats a girl to do????
