My Car Stereo Will Receive AM Stations Perfectly But Won't Receive FM Stations At All, Its Pure Static On All Stations, And The Cassette Player Works Perfectly fine

It sounds like your radio is failing. To be sure check the antenna cable for damage, check the connection of the anntenna cable to the radio and check the ground wires for the radio.

Dan, The Antenna Is Brand New, Along With The Radio. My Dad Has Replaced The Radio A FEW Times, I Think This Is The 5th Radio That's Been In My Jeep. Neither My Dad Nor I Can Figure Out Whats Wrong.
