2000 Jaguar s type 4.0. No heat!

Hello, I was wondering if someone might have an answer for me. I have a 2000 Jag s-type 4.0 with 68k miles. For some reason I cannot produce any heat in the car either defrost, vents, or bottom. Before taking it in to the dealer I wanted to see if it was a easy fix. HELP!

Could be heater core or climate control cpu. And I do not advise you tamper with it unless you realy know your stuff. Good luck! :D

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
