Jaguar 3.2 sport 1996 engine chk light

Hi my car is jaguar 3.2 sport 1996 132000 miles, started to run rough, I had injectors checked and rebuilt and changed fuel filtre, this seem to improve it, I then replace the coil packs and plugs. Now running much nicer.
Then I go working away for the week and when I return the car is dificult to start and keep cutting out when revs drop. I leave it overnight again come next day and cant start at all now, any ideas?
Further to me listing this earlier I have now checked if power is going to fuel pump and answer is no volts
engine check light is on, Can this be read without diagnostic Scanner or does anyone no why no power at fuel pump
