I have a problem with my Jag. The Engine wont turn on. I trouble checked the Starter and it wasn't that. Checked all the fuse boxes and they were fine. Now I am guessing it maybe is a relay but I cant find the relays. I am a blonde woman from jersey with no man and little money to afford a Mechanic but I can. Can Somebody help me?

I, m asuming you mean it won't crank over. Is your battery up in charge? If yes, does the starter "click" when you turn the key to start? If yes, it is a problem with the starter. If no, check for power at the starter solenoid. (Large brown wire) If yes, check small wire at the solenoid while key is in "start" position. If yes, the solenoid is bad. Replace it.
If no power to small solenoid wire, check the following in this order;

Is car in park or neutral
Starter relay
Main relay
