I have changed my spark plugs twice, fitst with NGK irridum plugs, then with the Champion brand that was in the car when it was manufactured. Coil packs are fine, but still gettin hick ups and vibration. Aslo, looking for passenger side doors for 1996 Vanden Plas. Additionally, what performance enhancement can I do to the engine to increase power for long road trips?

A compression check will tell you what mechanical condition the upper end ( pistons, rings, valves, head gasket) of your engine is in. Specifically, it can tell you if the compression is down due to leakage caused by worn piston rings, defective valves and seats or blown head gasket.
In your case, your left bank has less compression, for what ever reason ( rings, valves, piston, ect.) All motor's have all the same size piston's, but you will always get some difference in compression P.S.I. Due too one or more cylinders wearing more then the other.

Not quite the answer I was hoping for. Basically we have already done a compression test and found the numbers posted. Would like to know the explanation how one side of the motor could be so much higher then the other. Not random numbers either, the left side numbers go in line as well as the numbers go in line on the right side.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by vibration, whether it is engine shudder or driveline. The hickup may be caused by low fuel pressure where your engine is starving for just an instant.
