Okay, the car is showing a couple of issues; the battery light comes on a few minutes after turning the car on and stays on while driving, the engine light is on, and the fan stays on the whole time the car is on.
In the past years the fan has replaced it just broke down and the control module has been replaced 2 times. This time the cables that connect the control module to the fan had to be replaced. The mechanic has worked on it and can't find what is causing the fan to be on all the time. His last comment was that the ECU is sending signals that the car is overheating causing the fan to be on, the fan module to burn out, and the battery light to be on. Any ideas about what can be going on? Other than that, the car drives normally.

This is what is said about the codes:

P1793 is a transmission-related code that indicates a problem with the transmission control module (TCM) or its communication with other modules in the vehicle. This can be caused by a faulty TCM, wiring issues, or other problems with the transmission system.

P1000 is an emissions-related code that indicates that the vehicle's onboard diagnostic (OBD) system is not yet ready for emissions testing. This can occur if the vehicle's battery has been recently disconnected or if the system has been reset for any reason.

So, these are separate issues so please start a new question for the p1000 code. I would check the fuses using this guide and if they are all okay, I would replace the TCM and then clear the codes.

Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
