my wiper motor is not getting power which relay controls this and what fuses can i check I found 3 fus boxes are there more?

Wiper Fast/Slow Relay (R8)In front power distribution fuse box. See Fig. 1 . Wiper On/Off Relay (R4)In front power distribution fuse box.
