1994 Jaguar Vanden Plas Smokes black

I replaced the oxygen sensor, and the car continues smoking black, now the diagnosis little screen on the dash, say s "fail fuel 16", it s a sensor temperature, but were is it located, you thing that by replaceing that sensor, the car will stop smoking black?

Ensure Idle Air Control Valve (IACV) and overrun fuel cutoff operate with the throttle closed. Check throttle position sensor. Check voltage at mass airflow sensor pin No. 1 or 2 (zero volts) and pin No. 5 (12 volts). Check mass airflow sensor output voltage. For adjustment procedures, see ADJUSTMENTS article. Repair or replace as necessary.
