Loss of power and rough idle and jumping?

Hello, I'm at my wits end and was hoping that someone with experience can shine a little lite.
My POS is a Kia Rio 2017. Since I've had the car I've had ignition issues and have changed the Plugs and Coils multiple times in the last 5 years. Last week I experienced the same issues. Loss of power and rough idle and jumping so I replaced both again. I did not however notice the oil on my 2nd cylinder plug until after installing and checking because nothing changed.
This weekend I installed a new valve cover/spark plug well gasket and again I installed new plugs. Should I have replaced the coils again as well.
Disclaimer: I've been driving it, as I have no other way back and forth to work. Can any one help?
