1992 Isuzu Truck my truck over heats

My truck is overheating but it doesn’t seem to leak any water. Changed the thermostat. No water seems to be leaking from radiator or water pump please help me. Thanks

Could be the radiator clogged-up or the water pump is defective if not get it block and pressure tested to find out more.

I have 2 questions now, how do I fix the clogged radiator and is it to late to save the head because it has started to throw some smoke. Just barley throwing smoke, but shut engine off right away. Oil seems to still be clean which I think means thehead might still be savable. Thank you for your help guys.
