2000 Isuzu Trooper Transmission and check engine light

The truck has problems going until it hits 15 miles per hour. The engine sounds normal when your pushing the gas but it hardly moves anywhere. After it gets going it runs normal. This happens every time I have to make a stop. Also the check transmission and enegine lights are on, what should I do

Hi there, go get a scan done as this will give the fault code for any problem that is indicated with the check light, this may be a TTC problem, the Torque converter clutch may be locked up all the time.
