1995 Isuzu Trooper oill problems

When I changed my spark plugs there was alot of oil on the old plugs. I was wondering if it was normal because I have changed lots of spark plungs and have never seen that before

Oil being there could be valves and rings problem do an engine compression check

On troopers there is a seal between the valve cover and the spark plugs, also there are problems with the spark plug wires not sealing to the valve cover correctly, so i recommend replacing the spark plug wires with a new OEM set, and replace the spark plug tube seals on the valve cover.

Does the seals come seperate from the wires
