I have a 1990 isuzu trooper, the check engine light comes on and it will run, once the light goes off it kills immediately, also the seat belt lights blimks very fast, once it dies I have to pump accelerator and it will start, I pulled fuel line off and it is pumping fuel, also changed fuel filter.

Check engine light on

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.
