2004 Isuzu Rodeo Question clicking noise when trying to star

2004 Isuzu Rodeo Question 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 35326 miles

When I try to start the car it makes a rapid clicking noise and the engine won't turn over. All the panel lights work and the radio turns on but the car won't turn on.

If you hear a click, then either the battery is weak, or the starter, possibly bad battery cable connections, check and clean both ends of BOTH cables! Dissconnect negative(-) first, and put it on last! If no click the starter relay is no good!
