1999 Isuzu Rodeo Question 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 100k+ miles

Keeps setting this code for egr pintle position sensor performance. I have inspected wiring & terminals, valve has been replaced. My scan tool wont allow me to view data or run function test with egr, just lets me see the code. I am ase master certified but this one has me stumped, any help would be apreciated. Thank you

Did u clear the code(s) when u replaced the new EGR? And is your vehicle running good now after the new egr. Thought this might help cause knowing that we sometimes forget to clear the trouble code(s).
