All four windows are up and can't get them to go down. TThe fuse in the door panel is good but I have no idea what else to check. I tried removing the drivers side control to see if the window lock was stuck but they still didn'nt go down

My apologies. I thought I had made it clear for you to check the fuses/circuit breaker/relay. The diagrams are to show you that these parts are responsible for the power windows to work properly. If one of them is bad, the system won't work.

If you have early production model (May and earlier), check these and make sure that they are working properly:
Dash fuse box (left side of the instrument panel)
1. Fuse #7 (10A)
2. Power window circuit breaker (30A)
Right side of instrument panel, above kick panel
3. Power window relay

If you have late production model (June and later), check these and make sure that they are working properly.
In dash fuse box
1. Back up, turn circuit breaker CB-15 (15A)
2. Power window circuit breaker CB-27 (30A)
In left kick panel
3. Power window relay

One or more of the three things that I asked you to check may be faulty.
