1994 Isuzu Rodeo Question

Start with wires, plugs, distributor cap, rotor button, fuel filter, air filter, oil and filter change and whatever else is needed for a tune up. Then if still hesitates you can check timing, may be due for timing chain (or belt but I think this one takes a chain). Check owners manual for maintenance schedule on this.
