1993 Isuzu Rodeo Question TAIL LIGHTS OUT

Keep blowing fuse for instrument and tail lights. Will not blow it sometimes as soon as you replace it but will after a minute or two. Also speedometer will not work sometimes. I have replaced instrument cluster. Thought there might be a bad grid since it is electronic. Any suggestions?

I don't have a wiring diagram for your vehicle, but a power wire is grounding itself off. You need to check every single circuit that the fuse controls and to find which wire that is frayed and grounding to the metal and fix it. :: Taillights, side markers, parking, license plate, and the instrument cluster::
