1993 Isuzu Rodeo Question skipping

My rodeo is skipping and only has 10 pounds of pressure on cylinders 2 and 3 what all cud it be I am thinkin that it jumped time and damaged the valves

Im not familiar with the mechanical term "skipping". Maybe sluggish or weak. At any rate if your compression test shows only 10psi for cylinders 2 and 3, it sounds like your piston rings are worn. Sorry, there is no way around it, your motor may need an overhaul.
