oil pressure

I have a 1997 Rodeo; The oil pressure drops from approx 50 to 5 when i come to a stop.

check your oil level to be sure that it's really dropping.

Hook up a oil pressure gauge and watch to see if it really drops when your gauge says it is. May just be a bad sending unit.
