2004 Other Isuzu Models fuel problem

2004 Other Isuzu Models 4 cyl 300 hr miles

I have a 2004 1.7 direct injection diesel engine in my boat. The fuel level signal lied to me and I ran out of fuel at sea. Re-fueled, verified sender was shot. I have bled the injector system up to the nut holding the fuel line to the injector. Still won't start. The man/auto fuel shut off is in the manual position.

HI there,

Thank you for the donation,

Did you change the fuel filter as this may be rather restricted after sucking the dregs from the bottom of the tank, I am sure that this is a fuel supply problem, ensure that the fuel shut off is working and you have a good supply at the pump, close off all the injector lines and crank bleed one at at a time, this should clear any air and fix your problem.
